Couple of reasons. It's still too soon since the last extraction they did, they're having trouble getting a credible look-alike for the body, and they're still negotiating price with the guards who would have to orchestrate the series of unlikely (((cohencidences))) that would have to occur in order to pull the same gag twice. Price has obviously gone up.
