How is the manipulation of scores on Rotten Tomatoes to push a particular movie any different from the old payola of the radio DJ days? In the 1950s and 60s disk jockies at local radio stations would get slipped an envelope with cash inside to play a specific song repeatedly. It was determined to be a criminal practice and outlawed. Why hasn't the manipulation of scores on Internet sites been criminalized? Ha, rhetorical question -- we all know why. Because the people doing it control the legal system.
We have “news” corporations sponsored by pharmaceutical companies pushing propaganda about these harmful “vaccines.” Where’s the Payola inquiry for that?
Same answer.
