"extremely serious and costly implications for consumers and financial institutions," especially credit unions.

So the real reason for this $600 IRS reporting requirement is to squeeze out goy owned/run credit unions and force everyone to jew run banks who can then "legally" blacklist businesses or individuals for political purposes.
