Jogger deserves a bullet in it.

Unfortunately in today's society you can't do that. Second best option is for the girl to carry pepper spray. When the nigger starts accosting her she could have immediately 180 and grabbed the pepper spray and neutralized it if he came back at her again

This is unfortunately a fantasy scenario. But this video shows that you should even arm your children against these predators.
