God bless my awesome riding buddy landlord and her infinite patience. Im almost 3 months behind and she knows i dont know when or if ill be able to pay. Told her if she needs me gone tell me but at this point the place could sit empty for months anyway. I know God got something good coming, i just bit the bullet and told them flat out im pretty much screwed at ths moment and landlord and agent are all on my side. Dont know who to thabnk for that aside from them and Jesus for leading me to them all. (I was extremely lucky to get this place, i shouldnt have been approved and landlord chipped in for the bond when i moved in)
