I bought a house that I had to renovate. Previous owners were White niggers. Found a box with a glass pipe and a bunch of shit in the woods behind my outbuilding. They have stickers all over the walls and just about everything in the house had something wrong with it.

God bless my awesome riding buddy landlord and her infinite patience.

Im almost 3 months behind and she knows i dont know when or if ill be able to pay.

Told her if she needs me gone tell me but at this point the place could sit empty for months anyway.

I know God got something good coming, i just bit the bullet and told them flat out im pretty much screwed at ths moment and landlord and agent are all on my side. Dont know who to thabnk for that aside from them and Jesus for leading me to them all. (I was extremely lucky to get this place, i shouldnt have been approved and landlord chipped in for the bond when i moved in)

Flint was the biggest fucking lie. Flint's cheapskate mayor went off detroit water that they used no problem for over 50 years to flint river water. River water is hard to treat especially when a small percentage of flint still used lead lines, that cheapskate mayor said he replaced all of them years ago. The majority of flint had and has clean water. The niggers complaining live in a rundown section of flint all in a 10 miles radius. Now they have clean water and brand new street lines and brand new water lines in the houses all payed for by the Michigan tax payer and they still want "reperations"
