It takes nearly a week for a piece of mail to go across town where I live. Used to be three days across country lol. Honk honk.

Are they formalizing their existing slowness, or are they getting even slower?

For 3rd-class mail, they now just strap the mail to a mental patient and let him aimlessly wander around.
