Where are these videos from, is it in Commiefornia?
The trailer in the first video is most likely carrying reactor grade nuclear material. If this is around a naval base I would bet they are refueling an aircraft carrier or something. Two of the Bearcats following appear to have sensor equipment on the roofs which would be checking the air for leaks/contamination. Standard stuff really, although they would usually move this crap at night to avoid this kind of attention and to limit potential externalities.
Second video is more interesting and is likely highly enriched fissile material. You can see a bunch of blue pressurized tanks in reserve on the back which leads me to believe backup liquid nitrogen or something similar used in the cooling system for the containment vessel. Also, those RV's would likely be carrying kitted out hazmat teams and engineers who are monitoring to ensure material stability. My money is on very highly enriched material for some type of research reactor, weapons grade is generally pretty stable stuff and would not need that level and scale of containment.
Cold fusion or is it fusion? I failed 3rd grade math
Fission occurs when a neutron slams into a larger atom, forcing it to excite and spilt into two smaller atoms. Fusion occurs when two atoms slam together to form a heavier atom releasing energy like what happens in the Sun. Cold Fusion is the holy grail of energy and entirely theoretical. Essentially the bonding would be chemical at room temperature and pressure instead of at the thousands of degrees and millions of pounds of pressure what is necessary in a star or thermonuclear detonation.
Thorium is used in which one??? David Adair owns several Thorium reactors. We all know you can trust anything on the WWW.
