People continue to do this shit because they rarely receive proper consequences. I'm assuming Dad is out of the picture but that in itself is likely a whole different set of problems. What should have happened is she and all of the other affected parents should have found the teacher and duct taped their ass to the flag pole. Doubtful that teacher or any other in the district would do that kind of dumb shit again.
