When climate change lockdowns come, they will be accompanied by power outages, gasoline shortages, and water shutoffs, which will either be completely fake, or engineered to happen. People will be encouraged to stay at home because stores and offices can't open and gas stations can't get gas. That is how they will justify the lockdowns ... in the beginning. Once the population has been conditioned, they won't need to maintain the farce of shortages.
