Why is no one actually next to him giving him aid. In the video, when the man shoots at the dog , all the people were behind him at the back of the car - at the end we see when police and then emt's show up, all the same people are in the same spot at the back of the car while the mauled dude was by himself on the grass bleeding. Top it off the neighbour saying how he was just telling him ' hold on man, helps cooming '....Geezus get a towel staunch the fcking bleeding , keep him warm, lol.
