I don’t understand why euthanasia isn’t an option for both the woman and the assailant. No one should be a vegetable for 25 years, and he is just filth.

They are idiots for trusting this filth with her.

But also, if there is no way to bring her back, then why do we keep her in this vegetable state for so long? Can you imagine if she wakes up now? "Oh btw, you've been in a coma for 25 years, you were raped and had a child." She'd probably want to commit suicide after hearing that.
