This is a problem for the whole Theranos fraud narrative, for what remains to be explained is how so many "top level" folks could be "taken in" by Theranos, from Riley Bechtel, to George Schultz, General Mattis, and so on, all once prominent members of Theranos' board.

This guy was born yesterday. Board members give 0 shits about data trust me. If you gave them any data their eyes would roll back into their heads and they would go into convulsions . Seriously the first thing you learn doing any science or engineering work is that execs dont give a fuck about understanding anything.
