I'm not even sure there's a legal recourse for a fully FDA approved vaccine (if it's really the case, I've read here and there that they skipped some requirements, but that doesn't reverse the decision/change the state of regulations for now), vaccine makers are shielded by law... I guess the pfizer induced mirco blood clots is a good place to start for an "audit" prior to the vaccination, and then when they pop up, if they do... There isn't 36 possibilities to get such symptoms, that's one a lawyer could rather easily pin on the pfizer shot if those clots are spotted the following day(s). But even in such case, correlation does not imply causation...
The worst case scenario I heard about those mRNA vaccines such as the blood clot inducing pfizer shot (if I'm not mistaken...) is that those who took it, will die within 3 years essentially

But once you block off a significant number of blood vessels to your lungs, your heart is now pumping against a much greater resistance to try and get the blood through your lungs. And the problem….so that causes a condition called Pulmonary Artery Hypertension. It’s actually like high blood pressure in your lungs because the blood can’t get through because so many of the vessels are blocked. And the terrifying thing of this is that people with Pulmonary Artery Hypertension usually die of right sided heart failure within three years. So the huge concern about the mechanism of injury is that these shots are causing permanent damage. And the worse is yet to come. Because, you know, there are some tissues in your body like the intestine, liver and kidney that can regenerate to quite a good degree but brain, and spinal cord, and heart muscle and lungs do not. When they are damaged, its permanent. Like all these young people who are now getting Myocarditis from these shots, they have permanently damaged hearts.

Most already enlisted before the pandemic, it’s trying to get out of that enlistment that’s a bitch and they should’ve started back in July. I can’t imagine a non-vaxxer joining after July when they first started announcing mandatory covid vaccines in the fall.

The smart ones were already planning their exit when it was first announced and are gone. You only have the ones that were scared to get out from a few ways quickly with an honorable, but you look bad and are stuck. Or the ones who didn’t believe it would happen and are now stuck.

I took one flu vax in basic. After I was at my duty station I became friends with the medics and never took one again, they just signed off.

Want out, tell a nco you’re friends with and you’ll get written up over fake shit and discharged or they’ll have you fail a physical fitness test and a month later the second one and your gone.
Go awol for 21 days, not over 28 and you get an honorable after 2 weeks over extra labor.
