Medicare and Medicade are benefits that the elderly have earned or are paying for - not some sort of benefit awarded to the nursing homes. So, is Biden and the HHS going to pay to move the elderly and sickly from unapproved nursing homes to approved nursing homes? Because they can't just stop the benefit. I seriously doubt much of this is real - It's another empty threat, once again.
