So 100% of the risk should be taken on by the property owner. 0% should be taken on by the renter, and the renter should get EVERYTHING for free at the cost of the property owner?

If I was a home owner and some old fuck said people can live rent free in my house I'd do everything to smoke them out.

The banks should not be able to claim my property, but because I said the money coming in from tennants was part of my income, it opens up a whole shady shit section of property that should not be allowed, exactly because you can get steamrolled by the banks.
