OMG!!! Why did they kill the dog? That poor puppy. This makes me sad, people can be so callous. That poor dog didn’t deserve this. Things like this make me angry. Poor doggy.

It is pretty normal for cameras to not work in the south. A lot were put up 20 or more years ago, and currently serve as "deterrents" more than anything else. Most aren't even hooked up to a monitor, less are actively recorded.
