There is no Governor of NYC. He is the Governor of the STATE. At this stage these are just more empty threats. Only 60% of the city is vaccinated. There is just not enough time and manpower to round up 3 Million+ people and jab them. Even if they brought in the National Guard, they couldn't do it. They'd have to get that number to under 200K and then they might be able to do something. So, they're definitely going to threaten their way to 75% or even 80% and then they will try to ostracize and starve us out with the vax passport.
