I believe there is more than we will ever know but I was stationed at Tinker AFB when this happened. McVeigh rented the truck and left it in front of the Murrah Bldg. Yes, this was a federal building which housed many different types of offices and a day care. I am not saying McVeigh and his counterparts were targeting anyone in particular but they did not care who was there. They could have done the same on a weekend and not harmed any person. They intended for blood shed. I am convinced it was an act of God and His Grace, the State Trooper pulled McVeigh over the same morning. The carnage was staggering and those babies dying was unconscionable.
