Was going to say this. Old buildings, or cheaply thrown up buildings, none of which get any maintenance.

Miami, officially a banana republic. They can't keep pedestrian bridges up or buildings. However, I'm not laughing at them because this isn't far away from the rest of the country. Given affirmative action and removal of white engineers and construction workers, this is only the canary in the coal mine.

Imagine insurance rates going forward.
