Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent. Even under the jewish lie that Rittenhouse provoked. This was in WI and in WI statute the act of provocation does not relinquish the right to self defense using deadly force. It only adds a duty to retreat. WI is not otherwise a duty to retreat state.
Also WI statute says Kyle was 100% legally in possession of the rifle. It was neither a shotgun, nor a short barreled rifle nor any other qualified gun. It was simply a rifle. A basic, simple rifle. That goes pew pew at the jew jew.
