To me the VA and all the various departments of the VA are not discriminatory at all - that is they want all veterans dead regardless of race, creed, sexual orientation, gender, or any other trait and they want the veterans dead asap, so they either withhold essential paperwork or provide faulty services resulting in a premature death.
