Photos of the bead bracelet Michael L. Byrd was wearing (if, indeed, these photos are genuine and have not been doctored) show pretty conclusively that Byrd shot Babbitt. It's a very distinctive bracelet. There is a photo of Byrd wearing it, his face exposed, and another photo of the masked shooter's extended gun arm with the same bracelet on it. Case closed.
