I wouldn't agree with the PNW as a whole is dead. For sure its dying, and Seattle barely has a pulse. Money is still flowing downtown but not like five years ago. Its all headed into Bellevue for now before the worst of the progressives take over. I'm 50 miles into the suburbs in a moderately conservative area for now.
