Sooo…(((they))) demo a few buildings to tie up some loose ends and blame it on coastal flooding. Real estate values plummet and then (((they))) come in and buy up prime real estate for pennies on the dollar and then pay off a few engineers and city officials to declare the problem fixed. Sound about right?
