So any dude thats an unwilling prison bitch gets to be transferred to a female prison where he can be the raper instead of the rapee, and spread his aids all over the womens prison. How very inclusive!

Well they haven't thought that through. All the prisons and prisoners will become 'female'. I guess that's one way to reduce male crime stats.
