We're feeling the effects of the LargeCo warehouses and other stuff being built about 30 minutes east of here. It's going to crash but those places are going to prop up the surrounding areas for quite some time.

If you're interested on selling I would recommend selling now, staying in a cheap place renting or with family or something for a year, and then buying when the market crashes hard. Should be able to make a tidy profit if you're looking to move
