There are two candidates. One is David Bailey who works for Nancy Pelosi, the other is Lieutenant Michael Leroy Byrd. The David Bailey claim is from Redpilled. From what I read about them is that they were formed just before the election and they are a liberal false information site disguised as right wing that circulates fake news intentionally to confuse and discredit conservatives. Mike Byrd got his hour of fame when he left his Glock inside a public bathroom. The picture of the shooter shows a man running around with the finger on the trigger - lack of trigger discipline fits into the Byrd story. Mike Byrd is currently not working and is not staying at his residence either.
