Good. No surprise there. Next will be the lawsuits against the hospital system for wrongful termination. Well played HHS. They figure a certain percentage will voluntarily quit to avoid the stigma (false) of being fired. They know there is no way they won’t be going to court for wrongful termination. Shame on those that quit because they are being forced to submit. Pussies. Orrrrrrrrrrrrr just give them your CDC card proving you’ve been fully vaccinated.

~US District Judge Lynn Hughes was not sympathetic to either argument, writing in his order of dismissal Saturday evening that none of the employees were forced or coerced to take the vaccine. He also noted that the hospital cannot violate the Nuremberg Code because it is a private employer, not a government.

"Equating the injection requirement to medical experimentation in concentration camps is reprehensible," Hughes wrote. "Nazi doctors conducted medical experiments on victims that caused pain, mutilation, permanent disability, and in many cases, death."~

Obviously Judge Hughes; they are not comparing to Nazi concentration camps, they are invoking the Nuremberg Code of Ethics.

I haven't done a lot of research on this but I believe the Nuremberg Code of Ethics will apply, government or not. My reasoning is; the government paid for the vaccine, states the vaccine is safe; suggests it should be taken and recommends the entire country receive the vaccine despite this vaccine is only available because of the Emergency Use Authorization.
