I DIDN'T go bc his emphasis on the importance of my attendance was suspicious to me and i only imagined a bad scenario for me. Why would a leaving US President need some guy to fix shit when he was an acting commander and chief of blah blah blah. I wanted to go when it was a meme about a protest but when it became like a standing order from the president it seemed sinister to me and menacing and dubious.
