As the highest paid civil service employee, his knowledge of the previous experimentation of the COVID/CORONA virus should have put the American people in the safest environment. But we were not given all the information. Over a year ago, when this was first beginning, I found the studies conducted in North Carolina during the Obama administration. They were close to isolating a virus with no enemy (is best I can describe it). Congress shut the funding down. And that is when the Chinese doctor went to Wuhan and the funding followed. I suppose that is how Fauci can look at us and say the US has not conducted the gain of function experiments because the money was funneled through a US company to Wuhan. Further CDC is supposed to be on the ball and ahead of any of these damn viruses and for some reason they were not and did not isolate the virus to one continent and let the virus enter the US. CDC, does not mandate what we do, but are set up to protect us. All these government agencies have failed US.
