This is the problem with disputes with bureaucracies, all is says is "Dept of Agriculture". There is some employee there that signed the order against the farmer. Name names, hold them accountable for their over-reaching bs. Ridicule them in the media and all over social media as to what tyrants they are, make them infamous.
