Former homeless druggie here...in my experience, about 1/3rd are homeless because of mental problems. It's not their fault. What to do with these crazy motherfucks? They need to be institutionalized, but the ACLU got the asylums closed decades ago. My ex-wife is schizophrenic, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
