That's fair. Lots of people too afraid to work or leave the house. Lots of people incentivized to not work because of the stimulus check. They combine their powers together in the form of a crippled economy!

The one thing he didn't really touch on was how shitty the jobs that can't be filled are - hospitality mostly - and that also helps keep people out of them.

Even at the regular unemployment rates, the money for no hassle is a lot better than the shit you put up with at a restaurant.
