I disagree there is a crisis. If this were an actual crisis, it would be dealt with. Rather, this is by design. This is encouraged. I notice that when television crews want to shoot a production and there are homeless people nearby, it is cleaned up. The rulers also know how to coordinate huge pandemics and roll out "solutions" almost immediately. Crisis? LOL, hardly.
