No shit. All I've seen continuously, between Poal and Voat for 5 years, has been, 'But wait, that's not Constitooshunal!'
The power of the Constitution is underwritten by bullets. Plain and simple. They're calling your bluff and wiping their ass with your document. America is gone unless you decide to repurchase it with blood.
You have rights but they can be violated. A privilege is bestowed upon you by a master.

Well that sure as fuck is true because I've had my 4th and 1st Amendment rights fucking trampled on in the last 6 months - once by a business, and again by a government. And I couldn't do anything about it unless I hired a fucking lawyer and I don't have the money for a fucking lawyer.
My taxes pay for the legal team who backed the government entity that fucked me. They have their own legal team and they use it against me.
