Could we intuitively make a case that the cardiac effects followed from the vaccine? Possibly, but the article states his medical records showed a history of asymptomatic LBBB. This has been associated with cardiac problems.
I understand the desire to make connections, but we should be cautious about cases like this one which could so easily be debunked - a couple of discredited examples and suddenly your whole case against vaccines looks like malarkey.
There was no indication in these articles that Pence's slow heart rate had anything to do with disorders of the blood. Blood clotting is not the same thing as abnormal electrical activity in the heart.
You'd have to show he developed the LBBB after the vaccine, and that's not happening. Since it is asymptomatic in this case, it could simply be countered that he'd had the condition for years without knowing it.
