Was it a nigglet? My bet is they used a stock photo of a white kid and it was a nigglet.

It was two teenaper females that stole the uber eats and killed the guy and were more concerned about "they sail foam" then the guy they killed.

I'm gonna guess the color of those cuffed hands in the picture is a bit too pale. And maybe the perp just "identifies" as a 7-year old?
