Flip side, if a man gets blackout drunk and rapes someone, is that rape? Not saying I agree with that statement, but using the same logic about women being too drunk to consent you have to assume he was too drunk to consent to raping someone. Our legal system is a joke.

Apologies, I should have said the flip side in most other places where men are charged with rape after having sex with an intoxicated woman. This ruling in MN is a step in the right direction.
