I think this is all for distraction, but the story plot sounds like a cool theme and would make a good sci fi story, and I love sci fi.

If this was real, that whistle blower would be dead or incarcerated before even speaking. Everyone would have disappeared already.

This. The # of NDAs signed and people watching these people for anything like this. No one whistleblows shit of this level bc no one at that level is not under 100% watch and control.
