It's mighty white of the ghost of Lou Rawls to put these UFO videos out there for us to decide. These lights appear to be flying in formation for a time. That makes it unlikely they are balloons, unless they were just released in that pattern from a plane. The intensity of the light of some of the dots varies, which would happen if an asymmetrical balloon were tumbling slowly in the air. I wonder if anyone was doing lightning research that night -- there's a lot of lightning in the sky.
