It reminds me of a reentry at first but the later part makes that very unlikely. There is no context or location. The only thing it reminds me of is the spiral 'rocket test' over Norway a few years back.

Meteor / debris burning up in the atmosphere.

Bright spot in the front that does a quick fade at the end is dead giveaway.
