True that - basically posted for the lulz. From what I hear, the Houston area is notorious for hating zoning regulations and loving property rights. Consequently there's lots of incongruent land use anomalies scattered throughout the region. This guy and his dinosaurs would likely have a home there if he was truly of a mind.

I wouldn't mind. It's his yard. HOAs are designed to ensure the values of the homes stays the same or increases.
