I still don't really "get" x/twitter and don't use it. However, for some it is their primary source of news/info/etc quickly. All of these people that said they were going to leave didn't because every other place they tried out rejected them or did not have enough users to get them the "reach" (internet crack) they wanted.

Exodus? To where? There's a so few places with freedom of speech on the internet and X isn't one of them. (Accounts still get nuked trying to use free speech on X.) It has "free'er speech" than many, but not like here and a few chans.

This was about the crazy people that wanted their safe spaces and MSM control. Not about people that wanted anything even close to "free speech". They were raging that people they don't like are allowed to be on the platform and wanted to flee... Only to find no suitable alternative that would give them their fix.

Comparatively speaking X has free speech.
