I don't agree with that at all. She's got hours of stuff to say and 5 minutes to say it. She's relatively young in congress, probably quite nervous. I think she did a great job here.

The first panel she shows and what she goes into is just "these gov orgs use jira." That's it. That's why it's idiotic. Jira can be cloud based or on-prem.
The second panel I can't even read when zoomed in on. Who's instance of jira was it? Twitters? CISAs? What's being discussed? Great if she's showing good info.
