Hard to take anyone seriously when they wait until after they are exposed to apologize, and on top of that, blame the people that are exposing them for not doing it "wikileaks style" but doing a drip leak. The drip leak is far better in my opinion because it prevents the 24 hour news cycle from memory holing the information; which is why I suspect Dorsey is actually frustrated.
