I agree with you. It's just that the common person still sees NASA as 'god tier' engineering ... People still go 'ooh, he works at NASA, he must be so smart!' I'm here to burst that bubble. I'm lots of fun at parties.
The economy is tanking HARD and it's only going to get worse.
Yeah, - this is harsh to say - but we are holding off hiring for 6 months until engineers and devs get hungrier. No one is hungry yet. Salaries will drop and we will hire again.
