I thought his diet rich in high fructose fruits (and not much else) killed him......

Not sure what factors might have contributed to his cancer BUT it is well known that his form of cancer is easy to treat and especially when caught early, which in Jobs' case it was. But he decided to cure it using 'natural remedies', and we know how well that turned out.

Jobs really wasn’t a fan of globohomo; he was too innately rebellious. He didn’t trust any big group running everything. He would have been a thorn in the side for Gates and the rest during the scamdemic, unlike his faggot successor Tim Cook.
