To the contrary, it increases value by bringing in more users. All new users will leave if EU regulation becomes the definition of "free speech", as clearly it is censorship.

Your interpretation is just that, yours. And it need not require "our guy" status. Whereas your interpretation needlessly requires he's "not our guy" and extremely narrow and harmful in view. Never mind, "our guy", was never topical in the first place.

One, not obvious. Two, that's your perspective and nothing more. Your perspective isn't necessarily wrong, as we simply don't know. But it's not fact. It's simply opinion. Thus, let's wait and see what it actually means. Regional, localization of regulation was the original implementation and Twitter already supports it.
