The kids issue is null. The judge will not side with the man **in any case** outside of very fringe circumstances. Just accept that. Women are much better at caring for kids and since we've offloaded a lot of the process of providing for a family to the state (at no small cost), that condition won't be mended by you taking measures to avoid it. Your children will be your children no matter what any court deems, however. There are options to avoid having your assets confiscated. Don't be dumb. It starts with not being poor.
